8 Kalkspitz - Christoph Hoch

A turbid and slightly wild Pet Nat from Jura-Style wine maker Christoph Hoch. with a fresh and somewhat aromatic profile. Easy drinking with good acidity and a pleasant salinity towards the end.

Nativo brut - Furlani

100%  Autochthonous "Nativo" Joanitta grapes. Notes of grapefruit a very fresh, high acid pet nat.

 

Pet Nat Rosé - Quinta do Javali - 2020

Amazing price-quality ratio from northern Portugal! Bubble For Every Day. Quite full-bodied, yet easy drinking, with tart fruit flavors and a bit of funk.

 

Frisant Rosso - Il Farneto - 2021

An old school, rustic lambrusco. In the nose, aromas of red berries dominate, with herbs and violets in the background. The palate is tart and fresh, with juicy fruit, light tannins and a slight bitterness towards the finish. Very fun, great company to pizza and grilled meats!

MIAU - Pranzegg

A juicy, glou glou red pet nat from Bozen (Südtirol) with a berry nose. On the palate a refreshing acidity, lots of berries and mosty. Named after Findus, the baby cat they found during harvest.

A Pet Nat from the heart of Italy. Golden color. Shows notes of oxidation and herbs, with a refreshing, juicy palate and a slightly funky finish.
